Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for government-owned medical-grade Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The services include maintenance on two main and two portable RO systems, which are critical for the Hemodialysis Clinic and Sterile Processing Department. Tasks include initial system assessment, monthly comprehensive sanitation, quarterly and annual filter and UV bulb replacements, bi-annual water quality analysis, and general maintenance. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, and consumables, and ensure their personnel are technically qualified and experienced with medical-grade RO systems, adhering to AAMI standards. The contract will have a base period from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods.
