The City of Troy, Ohio is requesting Statements of Qualifications and pricing proposals for Design-Build services for the renovation of the Troy Police Department. This project includes the renovation of the men's and women's locker rooms, incorporating associated HVAC, lighting, controls, and plumbing. Additionally, the project involves the replacement of windows on the first and second floors, including the installation of window film and ballistic glass on the first floor. The selected firm will provide pre-construction and construction phase services, aiming to improve working conditions, facility environmental conditions, reduce energy costs, and enhance maintenance and operation. The anticipated construction budget is approximately $2,500,000. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Troy Police Department.
