Description
The County of Sacramento is soliciting bids for General Services Job Order Contracts (JOCs) numbered 296, 297, 298, 299, and 300. These contracts will cover a range of general services, including repair, remodeling, and repetitive work performed according to unit prices based on plans and specifications. The scope of work is indefinite quantity and will be performed in strict conformance with specifications and applicable regulations. Actual quantities may vary at the County's discretion. The County intends to award five contracts, one to each of the five lowest responsive bidders. The estimated construction cost for each contract ranges from a minimum of $0 to a maximum of $4,000,000. The term of each JOC will be 365 calendar days or until the maximum contract amount is expended, whichever occurs first. A mandatory pre-bid presentation video review is required for bid acceptance.
