Description
The City of Pasadena's Public Works Department is seeking quotes for general office supplies. The vendor must be able to deliver weekly if needed and communicate stock availability within 24 hours. Key requirements include 24/7 online ordering with individual login IDs for designated buyers, detailed item information (photo images, quantities, weight, colors), visible contract prices, and email confirmation of orders. Vendors must also provide a contact person by phone or email during normal business hours for product and pricing inquiries, and to assist with special order items. Reporting capabilities, including invoice number, items, catalog discount, quantities, purchasing location, buyer, and price, are required upon request. The contract is scheduled to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. Deliveries must be made to 100 N Garfield Ave, Suite S228, Pasadena, CA 91101, within 3 business days of order placement. Pricing adjustments may be requested annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Proposals will be evaluated based on experience (30 points), cost (35 points), and local Pasadena business status (5 points). A minimum of five years of experience providing similar services is required.
