Description
The Palm Desert Housing Authority (Authority) is requesting proposals for on-call electrical maintenance services across its 15 affordable housing properties, totaling 1,114 units. The services will be provided under a one-year agreement with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms. The scope of work includes routine, urgent, and emergency electrical services such as troubleshooting electrical issues, repairing or replacing outlets, switches, breakers, panels, and lighting fixtures, as well as performing electrical work in common areas and exterior locations. The Authority is a public agency serving the residents of Palm Desert, California.
