Description
The City of Albany is soliciting bids for a comprehensive project that includes the replacement of the roof at the community policing center and the installation of specialized drone infrastructure. The scope of work involves preparing the existing substrate, installing a high-durability 60-Mil Fleece Back TPO roof recovery system with a 20-year warranty, and constructing three precision-leveled concrete structural mounting pads for future autonomous drone docking enclosures. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and logistics required to deliver a complete structural and weatherproof solution. The project is located at 1721 E Oglethorpe Blvd, Albany, GA.
