Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes to determine the availability of contractors capable of providing dishwashing machine lease and maintenance services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, FL. The requirement is for a Firm-Fixed Price contract with NAICS Code 532490. The contractor will be responsible for providing dishwashing machines that meet Tri-Service Food Code standards, including routine preventive maintenance, all repairs (labor and parts), 24-hour on-call service support with a 2-hour initial response time, completed service reports, and training on machine operation and product use. Cleaning materials must be purchased in conjunction with the lease and maintenance. New washers must include a booster heater for high-temperature sanitization. The equipment and services are for the Enlisted Dining Facility. Key specifications for the dishwashing machines include a capacity of 244 racks per hour, a wash tank capacity of 20 gallons, and specific temperature requirements for wash and rinse cycles. Electrical requirements vary based on voltage and phase. The contractor must provide a loading table with a deep sink and flexible sprayer hoses, as well as an unloading table for clean ware. Training for operators will be provided upon installation, with quarterly training for the management team and additional training if equipment is damaged due to operator error.
