Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the replacement of 5 radio dispatch consoles at the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (GLCA) Regional Communication Center. The existing Land Mobile Radio (LMR) console is outdated and needs to be replaced with a modern system capable of Radio Over IP connections. The new system should be a non-server based solution, with an example being Telex C-Soft or equivalent. The scope includes the supply, installation, and configuration of the consoles and interface equipment at the GLCA RCC. Additionally, the contract will include on-site operational training for NPS staff and technician-level training for two NPS technicians. The proposed equipment must be capable of interfacing with the existing Eventide Audio Recorder for recording functions. The period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to September 1, 2026, with equipment delivery within 30 days of Notice to Proceed and installation completion within 60 days of delivery. A one-year warranty on all parts and labor is required, with an option for extended warranty.
