Description
The Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (NDF) is conducting market research to identify capable sources for a comprehensive, multi-layered Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) defensive equipment solution. The primary objective is to secure a system capable of continuous, real-time drone detection, tracking, identification, and controlled mitigation against Group 1 and Group 2 Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in diverse, high-clutter operational environments. Respondents are requested to provide information on their company profile, including name, address, contact information, CAGE Code, UEI number, business size, socioeconomic status, and applicable NAICS codes. Capability information should address technical questionnaires, detailing system versatility, autonomous/dark drone detection, geolocation accuracy, track confirmation metrics, signal discrimination algorithms, operational testing data in challenging environments, siting requirements, RF spectrum impact, interdiction capabilities, kinetic/fail-safe outcomes, modular API support, signature library update cycles, swarm/automation capabilities, and logistical footprint for mobile configurations. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on product warranty terms is also required.
