Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the purchase, installation, and commissioning of updated audio-visual and communication equipment for the Tactical Operations Center (DTOC) at Fort Irwin, CA. The scope includes providing all necessary hardware, infrastructure cabling, and professional services. Key equipment to be installed includes audio suite components like microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and audio extractors, along with video and control components such as a 20x optical zoom PTZ camera, a 10.1" touchscreen control panel, and a Q-SYS control system. The contractor will also be responsible for removing outdated hardware, providing tools and equipment for installation, demonstrating full functionality, and providing system documentation. A one-year base system warranty and initial support agreement are required following government acceptance, with no option years for this support. Contractors must have an active Secret Clearance at the time of proposal submission and maintain it for the life of the contract, in accordance with the DoD Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254). Background checks will also be required for all personnel. The contractor must comply with all safety regulations, including the Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM385-1-1), and develop an Accident Prevention Plan. Additionally, all personnel must complete Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I training, OPSEC training, and iWATCH training. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email by 5:00 PM Eastern on June 24, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer.
