Description
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) is soliciting bids for integrated communications technology solutions and services. This includes turnkey services for telecommunications cabling installations, moves, changes, and repairs for voice, data, and video networks within UNCG-managed facilities. The scope of work also encompasses the installation of new indoor and outdoor security cameras, electronic door access systems, audio-visual equipment, and other networked devices such as switches, servers, UPS, and wireless access points. Services must comply with OSHA standards and all national, state, and local codes. The contract will be a convenience contract, with no guaranteed minimum spend. Deliveries will be Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination, and installation must be completed before delivery is considered final. The contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of all waste and debris from installation sites, leaving the area clean and ready for use. Manufacturer's standard warranty will apply to all products.
