Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW), is conducting market research for a VNG Vestibular Chair and Spectrum System to be awarded to E3 Diagnostics. This equipment is critical for the Dallas VA Health Care System's Audiology and Speech Pathology Service, as it is the only testing site in the North Texas Healthcare System for VNG testing. Without this system, patient care and treatment will be affected, leading to service delays and increased community care needs. The required system includes the Micromedical by Interacoustics Orion chair and VE525 3rd Generation VNG System/VTQ Assessments Package, an OtoAccess Database, a 65" TV with a medical cart, Air Fx, Aqua Stim, shipping, training, installation, and disposal of the existing chair. A minimum one-year full-service warranty is required prior to acceptance. The VA is interested in procuring items manufactured in the United States and is particularly interested in Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business/Veteran Owned Small Business or other Small Business manufacturers or authorized distributors.
