Description
The City of Bryan is soliciting bids for the demolition of four residential structures located at 2212 Echols Street, 703 N Preston Avenue, 801A-B W. 23rd Street, and 507 S. Sterling Avenue in Bryan, Texas. The scope of work includes demolition, removal, and disposal of the main structures, outbuildings, concrete footings, slabs, asphalt/concrete pavement, fences, and debris. Contractors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, disconnecting utilities, and ensuring proper disposal of demolition debris at an approved site. Specific instructions are provided for each property regarding utility disconnections, preservation of certain features, and site grading. The project requires adherence to safety regulations and traffic control measures. The contract duration is a base of twelve (12) months with fixed bid prices.
