Description
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure a Keysight Power Sensor. This is a firm-fixed-price, total small business set-aside procurement under NAICS code 33515. The solicitation requires new equipment only, and vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller. Documentation from the manufacturer stating authorization is required. The delivery address is the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Avenue, S.W., Bldg. 49 - Shipping/Receiving, Code 3400, Washington, DC 20375. All quotations must include the company DUNS Number and Cage Code and be submitted via email to james.e.chappell2.civ@us.navy.mil. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
