Description
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires services to protect its employees and their families from doxxing and other online threats. This initiative, known as the Online Privacy and Protection Program (OP3), involves identifying, removing, and continuously monitoring personally identifiable information (PII) across the public internet, social media, deep web, and dark web. The contractor will be responsible for proactive PII removal, responding to doxxing incidents, and conducting digital forensic searches to identify and mitigate threats. The scope of services includes safeguarding employees by removing PII from online sources and providing continuous monitoring. The program aims to reduce the likelihood and impact of doxxing incidents. Services must be scalable to support approximately 22,000 USCIS employees, with each enrolled individual receiving one year of continuous monitoring and protection from the activation date.
