Description
The Schertz Seguin Local Government Corporation (SSLGC) is seeking bids for a project involving the removal of existing fencing and the installation of approximately 25,912 linear feet of new cattle-grade, five-strand barbed wire fencing. The goal is to establish secure, durable perimeter fencing that meets agricultural standards for livestock containment and property boundary demarcation. All work must adhere to industry best practices and applicable regulations. The scope includes site preparation, removal and disposal of existing fencing materials, clearing vegetation along fence lines, and installation of new fencing with specific requirements for posts, wire, bracing, fasteners, and gates. The contractor will be responsible for site restoration and coordinating work with the agency's representative. A pre-construction site visit is mandatory.
