Description
Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD (SCUC ISD) is soliciting qualification-based proposals for Design-Build services to perform the assessment, design, demolition, replacement, and installation of site light poles at Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas. This solicitation will be conducted in two steps, with shortlisted proponents evaluated based on their submitted "Attachment F - Cost Methodology Form." A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on June 16, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the Byron P. Steele II High School Campus Football Stadium.
