Description
This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified sources for support services to the Joint Staff, J8 Directorate, specifically for the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) and Functional Capability Boards. The services include program management, secretariat support, capability portfolio management and analysis, capability gap analysis, and functional capability board analytic support. Personnel supporting this effort will require Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI security clearances, and some tasks may require eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAP). The primary place of performance is the Pentagon in Washington D.C. The current contract for these services is held by Solutions Through Innovative Technologies Inc. and has a base period of six months with four 12-month option periods. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330. Interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement, including company information, CAGE code, business size, past performance (within the last 5 years, including contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance), and any other relevant information. Submissions should not exceed four pages, excluding the cover sheet.
