Description
The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market capability information for secure coworking services. This RFI is for acquisition planning and requirement development purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The DAF requires SCIF and SAPF accredited workspaces in the DC metro area to support its Integrated Fires Command and Control (DIFC2) program. The services should include accredited SCI and SAP-level processing, local security provisions, IT network connectivity (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, PLx, unclassified and classified phones, VTC capabilities), and responsive support services for technical and maintenance issues. The provider must also supply plumbing, electricity, A/C, and parking. Respondents are asked to provide information on their expertise with SCIF and SAPF regulations, facility management, IT infrastructure, security clearances, access procedures, and current contract performance in the National Capital Region. The government is particularly interested in 'turnkey' managed services ready for immediate use.
