Description
Forney Independent School District (FISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide yearbook services for its K-12 campuses. The district intends to qualify multiple providers to meet the needs of its approximately 19,800 students and 2,900 employees across various school levels. Vendors will be expected to consult, plan, and produce high-quality yearbooks, offering personalized pages and design templates. While much of the work is expected to be online, on-site campus visits may be required. Selected contractors must accept various payment methods, including district purchase orders, credit cards, and personal payments. The contract term is from the date of award through June 30, 2027, with potential for one-year renewal periods through June 30, 2031. Vendors will be evaluated based on purchase price, reputation, quality of goods/services, how well they meet district needs, past relationship with the district, and other relevant factors.
