Description
The Joint Staff Declassification Branch (JSDB) requires contractor support for declassification review, action tracking, and administrative services. This includes handling Automatic Declassification (AD), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR), Security Review (SR), Foreign Relations of the United States (FRUS), and Special Review Requests (SRR). The objective is to ensure compliance with declassification statutes, executive orders, and Department of Defense directives. Services will be performed at government and contractor facilities within the National Capital Region, including the Pentagon and the National Archives and Records Administration facility in College Park, Maryland. The contract includes a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a six-month option period.
