Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting bids for routine and non-routine Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) duct cleaning and restoration services, as well as kitchen hood repair and maintenance, within Sacramento County. The contract requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, travel, fees, and incidentals. Bidders must possess a valid C-20 HVAC Contractor license and an Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certification from NADCA. The total bid amount cannot exceed $484,000.00. Prevailing wages will apply if the total bid exceeds $15,000. The contract period is estimated from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029.
