Description
This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes to identify qualified sources for an anticipated firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for technical and analytical support services to Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR)/Air Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE (VX-1). The services will involve the definition, conduct, and analysis of structured Operational Test (OT), Integrated Test (IT), and evaluation, as well as tactical development and analysis of Naval systems. Support areas include documentation review, test design and planning, test execution, data management, test analysis and reporting, modeling and simulation support, aircraft coordination, and program management support. The anticipated period of performance is a five-year ordering period, commencing around October 30, 2026, with an additional six-month option for services. Work will primarily be performed at NAS Patuxent River, MD, with potential travel required to various locations within the United States and overseas, including at sea on naval platforms. Respondents are requested to provide company information, CAGE code, business size, capabilities statement with relevant past performance (including contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance within the last 5 years), and any questions or feedback regarding the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses are not to exceed ten pages and must be submitted by 11:00 AM EST on June 16, 2026.
