Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is soliciting responses for trace metals analysis services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued under full and open competition. The NAICS code is 541380, Testing Laboratories, with a size standard of $19M. The scope of work includes the analysis of non-potable waters (including high salinity waters), soil/sediment samples, and biological tissue samples for trace metals and other parameters. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to perform these analyses according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is from September 26, 2026, to September 25, 2031. Analytical methods, limits of quantitation, and electronic data deliverable requirements are detailed in the attached documents.
