Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to GETAC, with competition among authorized distributors, for specific Getac hardware. The requirement includes two (2) Getac X600 rugged laptops and two (2) Getac X600 Server RAID systems. The rugged laptops are specified with Intel Xeon W-11865MREvPro processors, 15.6" displays, Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, 128GB RAM, 2TB PCIe SSD storage, sunlight-readable screens, backlit keyboards, and a 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. The server RAID systems also feature Intel Xeon W-11865MREvPro processors, 15.6" displays, Microsoft Windows Server 2022, 128GB RAM, 2TB Enterprise PCIe SSD storage, sunlight-readable screens, and a 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, with additional expansion components including four 75Wh batteries and eight 2TB Enterprise PCIe SSDs. All hardware components must be new and purchased from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or certified resellers, with refurbished or second-hand items strictly prohibited. All hardware and software must be properly registered to the government end-user, and suppliers must provide proof of certified reseller status upon request. The delivery date for the laptops and server RAID systems is on or before July 31, 2026. The service component for the server RAID systems has a delivery period from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2029.
