Description
The City of Georgetown is soliciting bids for a construction project to install and demobilize a PFAS Pilot Study system. This project involves furnishing, installing, and commissioning two pilot skids, each with eight testing columns. The scope includes the necessary media, instrumentation, chemical injection, equalization storage, and other miscellaneous items as detailed in the provided drawings and summary of work. Bidding documents are available from Freese and Nichols, Inc. for a non-refundable fee of $40.00 per set. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond. Bidders are encouraged to register on the City of Georgetown's E-bid website at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Bids can be submitted electronically through the City's E-bid system by July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Original bid security documents will be requested from the lowest two bidders within 48 business hours of the bid opening and should be mailed to the City Purchasing Office. A public closing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
