Description
The Texas A&M University System, through its Office of Facilities Planning & Construction (FP&C), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from companies with established expertise in Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services. The intent is to establish a master services agreement with multiple qualified companies to support FP&C-managed construction projects across the A&M System's universities and agencies. Services may include attending pre-construction conferences, providing system balance reports according to NEBB or AABC standards, quoting projects, and ensuring all services are under the direction of a Texas Registered Professional Engineer. Respondents must demonstrate a strong history of experience and expertise, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. Experience with Texas public higher education facilities is preferred. The anticipated initial term for any resulting agreement is three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. Submissions are due by 2:00 PM Central Time on July 10, 2026, and should be sent electronically. Respondents must include a comprehensive qualification statement, company profile, and examples of past projects. A subcontracting plan is required for contracts expected to be $100,000 or more, with a specific VetHUB goal of 2% for this solicitation.
